It all began with an act of kindness...
In 2022, sixteen year-old Allison Roberta Wade was diagnosed with high-grade glioblastoma, also commonly known as brain cancer. While undergoing treatment, Allie received a tremendous amount of support, but one act of kindness was a handmade fleece tie blanket. Allie would bring this blanket with her to treatments as it provided her comfort.
After Allie passed in October of 2022, our family continues Allie's memory by spreading our own act of kindness and making hand-tie fleece blankets for cancer patients.
